[Milsurplus] ARRL's ransom payment

I just read that the ARRL paid $1 million ransom to hackers. Nice going, especially for a technical organization, ARRL !
Of course, it was covered by insurance, which means no one really pays, right?
I hope the ARRL will reveal more about how the door was left ajar, or who opened it.
