Here at AF4K Crystals, I stock many useful frequencies for either operation of vintage transmitters or replacement of internal crystals in vintage equipment (Drake, Collins, Yaesu, Hallicrafters, etc).  I can't make one-off custom crystals, but I might have what you need.  Check out my online-store or email me when you have a need.

When someone needs something that I don't have, my suggestion is to try the QRP Labs USB-programmable "ProgRock2" crystal replacement.  They are inexpensive and work well within their limitations (harmonic rich output and not suitable for transmitters using direct-FM modulation).

Some guys have bought HC-6 crystal cans from me to hold these tiny synthesizers.  I've not gone that far but I have successfully used the bare ProgRock2 to bring various military rigs back into action.

There has been some chatter in the forums about a European country still 
making new crystals, through a new company to fill the void, but the 
specs are a bit more sloppy than they claim on their website, for 
example, 10ppm comes out more like 30ppm.  If interested, I can scour my 
messages, I'm pretty sure I saved the post.

If original isn't need, there are solid state replacements with a 
programmable range of a few hundred MHz, and they are small enough to 
fit within many crystal cases.  Here is an example:

An accomplished ham, Steve Reed (can't remember his call) recently published an article on these in Electric Radio Magazine wherein he used two of these devices very successfully to replace all of (10) the defective heterodyne oscillator crystals in two pieces of Heathkit gear.The result was little short of spectacular.The devices cost $18.95 each.I, for one, am extremely grateful for his work on these.Ken W7EKBSent via the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, an AT&T 5G smartphone

I wonder what happened to all ICM's paper when they closed. I seem to think some Canadian bought out the whole place ?
There were schematics i would love to see. Such as their 'modular' receiver and transmitter kits. 
ICM also produced a 'model 1500' which was a 'Part 15' CB radio with roof mounted radio equipment. I would really like to 
find one of those before i have to exit, but it's not looking good for success.
