There has been some chatter in the forums about a European country still 
making new crystals, through a new company to fill the void, but the 
specs are a bit more sloppy than they claim on their website, for 
example, 10ppm comes out more like 30ppm.  If interested, I can scour my 
messages, I'm pretty sure I saved the post.

If original isn't need, there are solid state replacements with a 
programmable range of a few hundred MHz, and they are small enough to 
fit within many crystal cases.  Here is an example:

I haven't tried the device, but it looks promising, and so far all I've 
heard are good things.
