[Milsurplus] Identify this RCA LF rec ?

This rec recently seen at an estate sale. I think 3 bands, top 600 kHz. No type number on it i could see. Also was in a stack where i could not get a better look or better photo. I guess maybe out of some Coast Guard cabinet also holding the transmitter ?
