[Milsurplus] Refurbed (?) U.S. Navy RAS Receiver

Well I was just taking another look at Dave's photos before adding them to
my "puzzlers" page, when I noticed the non-navy serial number on the RAS-5
tag. I'll bet two inflated dollars vs a non-inflated donut that Bob Peters
K1JNN (SK) and Glen Zook K9STH (SK) are responsible for this particular
RAS-5
