Attached is a photo of a 70E-15 that is in a R-388/51J radio I bought
years ago and never really got around to working with until now. So far
this appears to be a 51J-3, except for this strange PTO.
I know this is not the correct "looking" PTO for the radio, but I
would like to know where it came from. In the ideal world I would get a
more correct PTO for the radio and swap them out so someone who needs
one like this could get it. Right now I just want to identify where on
labeled like this came from.
