[Milsurplus] Bird Termaline oil

Back in the dark ages when I was a kid (40+ years ago), my dad built a
Heathkit Cantenna and instead of using transformer oil, he substituted
plain old mineral oil. It was cheaper and didn't contain those dreaded
PCBs.
Every so often I replace what has leaked out over the years and it is still
working.
