[Milsurplus] PRC-10 to PRC-28?

Note the lack of a tuning knob.  The PRC-28 was intended for use on a 
single preset channel.  Under the removable threaded cap labeled 
"tuning" is a screwdriver adjustment of the radio's variable capacitor 
gang which presets the operating frequency.
