[Milsurplus] [MMRCG] German Receivers- Audio Output Impedence?

Pulled up the schematic for the Torn. E.b and I have always used 600 Ohm cans or an adapter to 10K input of a external amplifier with them . They have a 100 Ohm resistor (78) in series with the output so with a 600 Ohm headset your looking at 700 Ohms. Assuming two 4000 Ohm headsets would represent a load of 2000 Ohms so the 600 that's a little low but have never had any issues. The FuG-10 is a aircraft receiver, never saw one up close before but going to assume that they were designed to have an audio output that was capable of working into a distribution system on board the aircraft so who knows what impedance they would have been set up for.

The E52b (Köln) is also specified at 4000 ohms...
Maybe the LA6NCA website can provide more answers.

KwEa manual says 4000 Ohm, going to assume that the little E.B. is about the same. Somehow 2000 to 4000 Ohm cans work with a lot of the early stuff, Think some things like the BC-348 had a option to use 200 or 3000 Ohms for the headphones but may just be imagining that. You know how it is, you get old and the brain isn't what it used to be.
Think the BC-342/312 had a first and second audio output and one was also high impedance but that may also be a hallucination.
