Good gosh!!! it's a "movie", if you want absolute accuracy in 
equipment, volunteer to be a consultant.  I watched the whole
series, found it interesting and thoughtful.  It showed the 
brutality of the Nazi's and the strife of a young girl (blind)
to survive.  I found the radio equipment just as accurate as the
equipment on -Andy Griffith Show- using an Eico transmitter for 
the sheriff's office, hi.
