[Milsurplus] Source for manuals???

My wife is a big fan of Robert Downs  manuals. She likes the smell of 
his fresh manuals as they do not have that musty - mildew odor. Robert's 
manuals are always complete with the latest changes and the fold outs 
are top notch.
