I wonder if the Howard archives extend back to the early R-390 contracts?
Found in the preamble of the Final Engineering Report for the R-389 and R-390, September 15, 1953

Does anyone know of or have copies of the above documents?

Brian KN4R recently acquired 10 filing cabinets of documents that belonged to the late Bill Howard. Howard was an authority on military Technical Intelligence and noted collector of military radios and ordnance.Among the papers are chapters of "History of Technical Intelligence" that I have scanned for Brian and placed on a web site. I also found some archived articles of his and posted links there, We will update the web site as Brian uncovers more material.
I think the "History of Technical Intelligence"chapters are very well written and fascinating reading. You can check it out athttps://www.ltchoward.com/
