[Milsurplus] CY-3690/SRM

[Glenn Little WB4UIV]

Can anyone tell me what this crystal and oven case was used with?
Contract number is NOw(A)63-0311, possibly a 1963 contract?
It was made by Esterline Electronics Corp (cage code 82505).
It has a place for 6 dual crystal ovens and 39 crystals marked chan 1 
through 39.
The case is grey indicating probable navy,
The SRM implied Shipboard Radio Maintenance, but, what equipment?
The crystal ovens are round and plug into an octal socket, kinda standard.

  Any ideas??
