[Milsurplus] Russian item......

I have a vintage Soviet/Russian oscilloscope I think for teletype testing, (Model 3T 'backward N'-64), 
would like to find out what was used for. Also have a (3 'N' 17) parts kit and a TBHO-2'b'. A tank IR 
periscope? Any help? Probably list them for sale
