[Milsurplus] Duracell

I know several techs around here in central Virginia who simply remove 
the batteries from their test gear every evening after work. Seemed 
extreme to me for a while, but some of my test equipment is fairly 
expensive so I've been copying their approach on a weekly basis - or use 
the lithium replacements.  It _does_ get easier with repetition.
