[Milsurplus] Unknown Tube Tester

Hello,
The tester is housed in an aluminum chassis. Nomenclature tags are missing.
Removing the tester from chassis shows a pristine chassis. All circuitry is coated
with a brownish anti fungus (?) coating that I have seen on some military radios.
The vintage appears to be late 40's to mid 50's.?
I believe it to be a "Transconductance" test set, which is great!
 
Any help on coming up with a manufacture and model number would be greatly appreciated. (Along with the tester, I picked up a BC-324F 13 - 18 mHz)
