[Milsurplus] Hamvention three weeks away

We are just over three weeks away from the Hamvention, MMRCG will be having its regular 3885 AM WW2 field radio net at noon and the 51.0 FM Cold War net at two on Saturday. All radios are welcome but period correct military radios are preferred.
I am attaching a picture of what I will be running at the MMRCG tent, space number 7740 for the WW2 3885 net that may also be the net control.
New for this year we will also have a net for Able Archer 83 on 5357 USB at three on Friday afternoon. Walt will have a display set up promoting the 40th anniversary AA83 and net control will be using the W3A call. Walt will be located at space number 7926. If there is any interest may do an inaugural net certificate? Did some field exercise participant certificates back at MRCA Gilbert last year would be interested if there is any comment on that?
There are a couple of us who are not there or don't stay late for the two Saturday nets and now maybe they can take part in the Friday sixty-meter net?
So, with three weeks warning it's time to drag out the old pack radio, check the batteries and bring it to the Hamvention. With operations on 3885 AM, 5357 USB and 51.0 FM It will be a great opportunity to get on the air.
