There is/was a ship Norcelia II in the ShipIndex website:"Norcelia II (Recreational; built 1967; 49 gross tons; call sign WM3405)"

 Note 4 pin connector on back. I think perhaps a commercial mod for the fishing boat market. Instead of "Norcal 1A" i see it as "Norcalia".Maybe by "GL Marine" of LA CA. -Hue Miller
