[Milsurplus] Radiomarine ET-8023 same or similar to the T-397/SRT-4A transmitter ...?

All,

I “think" the civilian version of this xmtr was very similar to the Radiomarine ET-8023 or-A (but not the -DI which was part of the 4U console)

The ET-8023 is mentioned in this terrific RCA pdf - http://www.skywaves.ar88.net/Docs/RCA_Russian_Catalog.pdf

Can anyone confirm?
