That photo was from eBay item # 295159518355 that ended 22 August 2022.  Cage Code is for Raytheon.

I found the following at a web site that had one for sale.  Not much help, but it verifies it is an aircraft VHF receiver. 

MILITARY AIRCRAFT DUAL VHF RECEIVERI believe this came out of a F-15 that was being upgraded
