[Milsurplus] Hammarlund FM-1 and FM-5 village radios post-Vietnam

Brian, I'm  thinking for sales samples aimed at the possible civilian market, Hammarlund would have not had Vietnam language labels on it.
And probably not the red white blue either.  Too clown-like. 
I wonder if a shop project by someone at Hammarlund, using a leftover, or some kind of award for working on the project ? 
Certainly not a repaint.
Sort of reminded me of the 'Rush Radio' I have, a one channel 15420 kHz handsized radio for listening to Rush Limbaugh when he was on 
WRNO shortwave, New Orleans. The maker told me he had a few made up in red white blue instead of the standard grey finish, but I could
not get one of the multicolor ones. Shortwave propagation changes and WRNO transmitter problems foreshortened the run of that little
experience.
