[Milsurplus] Able Archer 83

Added band for Able Archer 83 tomorrow:


I will be active with call W3A on seventeen meters, somewhere around 18.140 to 18.155 at 1400 hours local. I will be running AN/GRC-106 in USB.


Also expect to be on RTTY 7087 850 Hz shift 0900, MMRCG Net 7296 at 1000 and the M&S Net on 5357 at noon.
