[Milsurplus] Type C Servo Amps

Anyone recognize this servo amplifier?  Five Germanium transistors, Three NPN 2N525 and two PNP 2N158 with 1961 date codes.  What equipment used Type C amplifiers?  CPN is 542 6104 004,  Schematic?
