[Milsurplus] RT-70 AN/PRC-16 CY-590/U issue

I've been working on making an AN/PRC-16.
Got the RT unit working, and built up
battery packs for the CY-590. The end
result didn't work.

Found the CY-590 miswired. Not a hack,
the original solder connections undisturbed
under the MFP.

The +7.5V battery feeds two resistors, a 1.2 ohm for the
filament, and a 10 ohm for the relay supply. These
were reversed in my CY-590. This dropped the
filament voltage down to around 4V. Corrected
the error and except for weak dollar store 9V batteries,
all OK now.

Something to check on in case some one else is
making up an AN/PRC-16.
