[Milsurplus] TBY-2 Restoration Question

The plastic windows over the tuning dials
are in tough shape. They are orange and
nothing can be read through them.

Is there a method to replace them ? From
a cursory examination it looks like it would
take major dis-assembly.

Any hints on how to proceed ?
