[Milsurplus] NESTOR: AN/PRC-77 with TSEC/KY-38 *CORRECTED PHOTO*

I looked up the battery.  Fair Radio sales has some for sale.  They said
the battery is 3 lbs.  So, if I read what you wrote correctly there are
three batteries total with the KY-38 and Prc-77 for a total of nine lbs.
Not counting the weight of the crypto unit and the PRC-77 themselves.  Had
to have a strong back to carry that thing around.

Glad I was a sailor and the only time I used a PRC-? was when we were on an
operation to take some scientists to a ship full of nerve gas being sunk
off the coast of NC/SC.  It was heavy, but it just sat in the bottom of the
boat.  I was an ET and was assigned this duty as they thought if something
broke while out in the motor whaleboat, I could fix it.  yeah right!
