Well done, Eugene!  WRT your question about the strain relief, you 
simply need a MS3420-() cable sleeve to fit into the clamp:

If you can give me the clamp ID, I may have a spare somewhere around 
here.  You can reduce the ID down to wire bundle size with heavy vinyl 
tubing or shrink tubing.  I have also seen the use of 2-3 nested sizes 
of the MS sleeve plugged into each other to reduce the ID.   Or, a lot 
of electrical tape....😁
