I have a 60 amp 12 volt supply, also with just little screws for the output, but there are 3 each for pos and neg. I made a plate to fit all three, with one hole for a larger lug and wire output. This was an inexpensive epay supply to run the dynamotor for a BC191. But I have a brand name supply that is 24v at 30 amps and it has two large 1/2 wide heavy lugs out the back with 1/4 inch bolts, so the difference is probably all economic. And, if you say 60 amps is not enough for start the 14v dynamotor, you will be correct, unless you add the 1 ohm, hi-watt resistor across the NO contact of the dynamotor contactor. Turn on the supply, the dynamotor start to turn, then hit the rigs power switch and off she goes. 60 amps is more than enough to key down at full input power.
