[Milsurplus] Question about VHF air band HT

Nav, or Comm, depending on the capabilities of the radio, from ~108-137 
MHz.  Also, anyone on the ground in a vehicle, or in a craft, without a 
"mobile" airband transceiver, and anyone involved in support, service, 
or communicating with anyone, or anything else within the air service, 
for just about any purpose, then there's all the light, sport, hobby 
craft...  Whatever you can think of radio-wise, also applies here, even 
the same types of equipment, just a different band/service.  The biggest 
advantage to airband HTs is they can be moved about, and cost a tiny 
fraction of a fixed radio that can't, for example, ~$200 for an entry 
level HT, and $1k-$2k for a fixed/mobile.
