[Milsurplus] power supply question

I'm not trying to make 400 or 800 cycle, I'm wondering if there is any
problem in running
one of these switching type supplies *from*  a 400 or 800  cycle
source.  Is there some
limiting factor that restricts it to a 50 or 60 cycle input?
