Yes. Well, the TO-5 was, in my opinion, the best of the bunch. I lusted for one for some years 
and finally found an exact clone, but made in Puerto Rico. Can't remember the name just 
now.

Everything about it was identical with the Sprague-made version, but the name was 
something strange which made it VERY inexpensive when I bought it. No other buyer 
recognized it for what it actually was.

I use it regularly since it has many features other capactitor checkers don't have, like 
reforming caps, turns ratios of transformers, measurement of leakage, and other things I 
don't even remember now.

They are considered the Rolls-Royce of cap checkers.

Of course, a modern LCR bridge is far faster, more accurate, and far smaller, but the TO-5 is 
just plain fun to use.
