[Milsurplus] FW: ZA Impedance Adapter

I have this tidbit:  I think it is ( was ) a "ZA Impedance Adapter". 
A black wrinkle box 4 x 3 x 1-3/4 inches, with outrigger Dzus fasteners.
This box is EMPTY, has 4 holes on front. 
Also, one flat plate marked "Impedance Adapter Mounting ZA Equipment", with Dzus male for the described box.
