[Milsurplus] Setting overload current T-368

Does anyone have a good procedure to set the overload trip current on a T –
368 transmitter? The procedure in the technical manual calls for using a
load on the B+ bus but frankly I find that impractical and to do that must
I build a special piece of test equipment. What do others do to set the
overload current? What do you think about tuning the final out of resonance
to the specified trip current, for a brief period of time, to set the
overload trip limit? Thank you in advance.
