[Milsurplus] Red face TU

I suspect it was simply a TU-60 with a locally painted red front panel.
The TU-60 was a simple wobbulator driven TU for the BC-191 and BC-375.
It's the only one I have in the directories I have here, and was
apparently not very effective against its intended target, because none
of the later directories mention it. Attached are three photos of the
one from August Link's collection.
