My post on this subject I received back only via the arc5 group.
Did it come thru on milsurplus? It was only a text post with a hyperlink to an article elsewhere.
Army-radios group continues to do odd things with my posts, stating that they are inadmissible 
.DAT files, which they were NOT mailed as.
