It looks like one of the antennas we used to use on the Motorola PT300,
PT400, PT500 series Handie Talkies.  GE made a similar series of pack sets
but I don't remember the model numbers.

Scroll down to the 5th photo and you can see the base of the antenna.  It is
just a modified PL-259A.
