[Milsurplus] Military VHF antenna.

Obviously the antenna for the AN/ARN-1, which was an early radio altimeter.
AN/ARN-1 became AN/APN-1 after some improvements and some changes to the
early AN/ system.  Was originally the Navy AYD but the antenna must have
been made after the introduction of the AN/ system.
