[Milsurplus] TBW-5 on 20M

Had a blast on 20M CW this afternoon running the TBW with my Drake 2B.

Got a lot of "C's"  after the RST (and it was well deserved).

I worked a fellow in Germany and he said "There is some chirp on sig but
all qsl"

I told him I was running a WW2 TBW Navy Transmitter (and cringed a bit
after sending the WW2.....) and he replied "Somehow nice to hear a cw sig
which is not perfect. I had a tube tx long ago es it made a sound like that
hi"

The TBW is just a fun transmitter to drive.
