The Tube Tester is the TV-4A/U.  AN/USM-3A is the complete Test-Tool Set including the Technicians Handbook, TV-4A/U, TS-673/U Signal Tracer and all of the other smaller units.

 

The other publication on the set is NAVSHIPS 91688, Instruction Book for TEST-TOOL SET AN/USM-3A.  

 

I don’t have a PDF of either one but do offer hard-copy reprints of both publications.  The PDF that the link was given for earlier is a partial scan of Chapter 1 of NS 91688.  The complete publication including covers runs to 108 pages.  The Handbook is smaller format and 58 pages.
