[Milsurplus] TBW /RBM photos at 'Navy Radio' pages

Looking at Nick's 'Navy Radio' pages, the TBW photos, I wonder if the location of this photo is known?

I notice one chair has a Japanese character on back. ( Probably translates to "seat'. )
Also it looks like the RBM case to the right has the front cover still on, so maybe this photo is during
setup?

What is that just above the radio op's head? Not tall enough to be an LM on top the RBM receivers.
Also interesting to see a Hallicrafters SX-28 type speaker.
Also, the steel pot on top the TBW, that looks like an AA gun crew helmet, am I right?
