Dave Brown has kindly enough done some work and combined the 3 JPGs into one PDF of about 2Mb.
>From now on, any request will get this PDF instead of 3 JPGs.
Already sent out JPGs, if you request again, I will forward the new PDF, which may be more convenient
to read or to store on your computer.
