[Milsurplus] Packing material for shipping.

I use a paper-shredder in my office. When I have something to ship, I put a
wad of shredded paper in a garbage bag, put it in the box, and put the item
I'm shipping on top of it. Then I put bags of shredded paper on the top and
sides.
