[Milsurplus] Is this too retentive ?

Putting bagged and bottled RFE parts ( "removed from equipment" )
into a bushel apple box, last to be decided was a bag of 'bathtub caps'.
Some like 4 uF 100 WVDC, which even without testing them, I am sure
are no good. Then others at much higher joltage, like 1 uF 1000 volts.
I am pretty sure the latter are oil caps, so they are probably still good.
( My cap tester awaits repair. )  I hate to throw things out. I suppose 
any vintage set I find that needs repair probably still retains its original
bathtubs, so I can just open and restuff, or bridge those. Should I just
be rational and toss the ones I have? Or keep only the HV ones? Keep 
all? Keep none? What think, am I too retentive (yes) ?  
I can only wish that postage rates were less, so parts could practically
shipped around the country.
