Amphenol made a 2-blade receptacle with the same form factor as an octal tube socket. I use those with a backshell for BC-312, TCS PS and all that type of equipment. Amphenol part no is 61-F4. I think I picked up a box of 10 on Ebay for $15 or so. 73, de Robert W7MKA
