[Milsurplus] GRC-9 Rec Nameplate mismatch

No replies on the nameplate question. Okay. I'm guessing that this receiver
is an early one, I suppose they later went to the 4-hole larger nameplate.
The new owner will probably just have to dispense with a receiver nameplate,
fill the four mounting holes with panheads, and call it good.
