[Milsurplus] Lighthouse radio beacons of the past

Here in Northeast Texas, you can count
the remaining NDBs on your fingers.
MF CW traffic buried in the sands of Time,
and now NDBs fade into
the gathering darkness.  It's so sad.
It reminds me of a passage from King:

      "All is silent in the halls of the dead.
       All is forgotten in the halls of the dead.
       Behold the stairways
       which stand in darkness.
       Behold the rooms of ruin.
       These are the halls of the dead
       where the spiders spin
       and the great circuits fall quiet,
       one by one."
