[Milsurplus] TCQ transmitter-receiver

There is another "oddball" radio on eBay, meaning one you don't see very 
often.

A BC-225, which was the receiver for the SCR-240 set. Price is a lot 
more reasonable

than the price for the TCQ, but still a bit high, IMHO.

The SCR-240 was one of the radios in the running to be the Air Corps 
command set, a

role which was ultimately filled by the SCR-274-N

Biggest issue with the set would be finding all the other bits and 
pieces such as mounts

and control boxes, as well as the transmitter. At least the manual is on 
radionerds.

Still waiting for the day a real "in the flesh" BC-349 transmitter shows 
up somewhere.
