[Milsurplus] [Army-Radios] U.S. Army back pack frame

In the case of packing a BC-348 or -654, then I would use the cargo shelf
on the ALICE frame and some sort of strapping to attach it to the frame.

Here is a picture of the shelf on the bottom of the frame.
