[Milsurplus] AC supply for LP-5 ???

A mil radio collector friend, a woman, in Seattle asked me if a Navy LP-5 power supply is sellable. 
I said no, but it's give-awayable if you can find someone local. Am I right? It's CFD-20080-A.
But - what's this, an LP-5 on Ebay now, irrationally priced of course, that has a power cord and 
a nameplate that sez it's 115/1/60 ready internally ? 

The CFD unit puts out 6 AC and 200 DC at 40 mils. That's not really enough for most receivers. 
Maybe a 'Command Set' receiver?
