Thanks for the thoughtful responses.

As I Understand it, neither the LM or the SCR-211s were issued with the 
equipment they were used with.  This is why I kind of thought Used With 
But Not Part Of would be appropriate.

Also, with the Navy letter designations, "L" was "Precision Calibrating 
Equipment."  The second letter represented the sequential model number.  
But sometimes, not.  It was not a secondary designation.

The SCR-211 is designated "Set, Complete, Radio" with the BC-221 as it's 
primary component.

So, by designation, it is a piece of equipment, not issued with the 
equipment it is used with, and can be used to calibrate things other 
than the equipment it was used with.

Sounds like of like a piece of test equipment that was UWBNPO.

Just trying to fit the many versions of these things in my database.
